A unique wooden minimalist 4 bedrooms villa located in Labuan Bajo, Flores island. Waeara villa is a minimalist 4- bedroom property sitting in 332 square metres near of the ARA tree side with a natural source water, amid delightful landscape gardens of tropical plants, bamboo and wooden design materials complete with the green area surroundings. A wooden materials on each room and an open air balcony and communal area, an open kitchen with the dining area at the centered of the villa.
Communal Area
A vast, open, living area with a plunging view onto all the villa area and small gardens each of the villa out and over the private terrace in every room framed by flowing tropical plants, wooden and bamboo materials on every corner.
This part of the Villa is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day or simply relaxing, with green vibes surrounding by the trees. Our communal area provide with dinning area and space that you can enjoy coffee or tea indoor or outdoor.

All the bedrooms at Waeara villahave a spacious feel and ensuitebathrooms. They all arebeautifully appointed withsingular decorative pieceschosen to fit each style, eachbeing minimalist but comfort atthe hands of the talenteddecorator owner.
The finest linens and first-classbedding contribute to a trulypeaceful and restful night. Each bedroom is equipped withair-conditioning, Cabel TV , minirefrigerator, ceiling fans,amenities and as well as safetydeposit box.
The bedrooms are able toaccommodate two person oneach room.
